| The
APICS Student Chapter (ASC) of the British Columbia
Institute of Technology (BCIT) is a student-run
organization from the two-year Operations Management
diploma program, and is affiliated with the Vancouver,
BC regional chapter. We have a Board of Directors
that is comprised of both first- and second-year
students, and our membership base is made up of
students in the Operations Management program. Our
efforts are all on a volunteer basis, and our objectives
are geared towards real-world experience and educational
efforts that can be gained through plant tours,
interaction with industry professionals, and gaining
certification through the APICS CPIM courses.

international educational organization respected
